What are Mini, Plus, and Elite levels?
Every Namagatsa habit is elastic: Mini is the smallest meaningful version (one push-up, one page), Plus is your standard target, and Elite is a full-effort day. On hard days, hitting Mini still counts — momentum beats perfection. You can also log an intentional Skip for planned rest without guilt.
Does Namagatsa work offline?
Yes. Namagatsa is offline-first: your habits and check-ins are stored on your device and everything works without a connection. Changes sync automatically to your account the next time you are online, so your progress is safe across devices.
What happens to my streak if I miss a day?
You do not lose everything. Namagatsa is built around an anti-guilt philosophy: a missed day is data, not failure. Tell the app why you missed and it helps you spot patterns and rebuild quickly, instead of resetting you to zero and hoping shame does the rest.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Manage your subscription through the same purchase platform you used to subscribe. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period. If you cannot find the subscription, email us and we will help.
Why am I not receiving reminders?
First check that notifications are enabled for Namagatsa in your device settings, then review your reminder preferences under Settings → Notifications in the app. On iOS, make sure Focus modes are not silencing the app. If reminders still do not arrive, email us and we will help.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Email support@smazenka.com from your account email address and we will send you a copy of your habits and history in a machine-readable format within 30 days.
What happens when I delete my account?
Deleting your account deactivates it immediately and signs you out on every device. Your account and associated data remain inaccessible during a 30-day deletion window, then are permanently removed in the next daily cleanup. This action cannot be undone.
Deactivate & delete your account
You can immediately deactivate your Namagatsa account and begin its 30-day deletion window directly in the app. During that time, you cannot access the account or its associated data — habits, check-ins, streaks, and coaching conversations.
- Open Namagatsa and tap your profile icon, then choose Account.
- Under Danger Zone, select Deactivate Account and confirm. Your account is deactivated and you are signed out everywhere immediately.
If you can no longer sign in to the app, email support@smazenka.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm the request, deactivate the account, and permanently delete your account and personal data after 30 days, except data we must retain for legal or regulatory purposes.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — cancel it through your purchase platform first (see the FAQ above). Deletion is irreversible; your habit history cannot be recovered afterwards.
